How to book

• Please telephone the hotel to check for your chosen date and to make a provisional reservation
• Complete the booking form & return it to the hotel with (a) a non refundable deposit of 50% per person for residential packages or (b) a non-refundable deposit of £10:00 per person for parties & events. (or the full cost of the event) Please make cheques payable to Pebble Hotels.
• For all packages, parties & events. Full payment of the balances required at least 21 days prior to the event  or by 21st November 2010 whichever is earliest
• Pre-orders for food and wine are required at least 21 days prior to the event or by 21st November 2010 whichever is the earlier, for parties of 6 people or more.

Terms & Conditions of Booking

• All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• New Years Residential Package: if you cancel before 21st November 2010 any pre-payment will be fully refundable.  If you cancel on or after 21st November 2010 and we are unable to re-sell the accommodation, the following cancellation fees will apply, for cancelations before 10th December 50% of the package cost will be retained. For cancelations after 10th December 2010 the full package will be retained.
• Parties & Events, Bookings not paid in full by 21 day prior to the event or by 21st November 2010, whichever is the earlier.  Will be deemed to have cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by the hotel. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending unless the hotel is able to resell the space. Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drink entertainment or overnight accommodation for other members of the party
• This information is correct at the time of printing. The hotel reserves the right to amend its packages and prices at any time before booking. Bookings are subject to availability and prices quoted at the time of booking.
• Except for the changes in VAT, prices will not change once booking has been placed. The hotel reserves the right to alter or amend the content of an event or package or to cancel an event or package for any reason, for example if there is a shortfall in the minimum numbers required to operate a programme. In such circumstances you may choose at your discretion an alternative date and or venue subject to availability or obtain a full refund from us.
• Some programmes may not be suitable for children. Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the General Manager, whose decision is final. Please contact the hotel for prices and availability.
• All additional charges incurred during an event must be settled prior to departure.
• Menus shown in this brochure and/or in other promotional material relating to these events and packages are only to provide an indication of the dishes likely to be featured. Dependant on market and product availability the hotel reserves to amend such dishes and/or to offer suitable alternative which will be advised in good time prior to the stated event or package.
• Some of our dishes may contain ingredients which could cause an allergic reaction. Guests subject to allergies are advised to check beforehand so that  alternative ingredients or dishes can be provided
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% if the general rate of VAT is altered, our prices will be modified accordingly. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.
• Guests are recommended to have and be responsible for insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment and loss of baggage, personal effects and money when taking an event package featured in the leaflet. Please contact your insurance company for further details
• Other than for death or personal injury caused by negligence, our liability to you is limited to the price of your booking
• The Hotel will not be liable to you for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.
